SKILLS REQUIRED:
Doors and trims installation
Window replacements
Cabinets and cabinets hardware installation
Crow-nmolding installation
Other hardware installation (door hardware, bathroom hardware, shower doors, etc.)
Prepare and complete punch-out lists
Minor electrical and plumbing (install outlets, connect sinks, faucets)
All necessary tools to do the work
Ability to train and Efficiently manage 1-2 helpers
Great communication skills via texts and phone calls
iPhone user
Valid DL with clean record
Clean background
Language: English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
We will request reference from past employers
Minimum of 10 years experience in construction
SSN or Tax ID is a must
