Job Responsibilities
Manage, Direct, Hire & Discharge Staff, Problem Solve, Responsible for team's monthly sales targets
Make outbound phone calls to local businesses to offer our advertising solutions
Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients
Build strong relationships with new and existing advertisers
Close sales and hit monthly targets, Ensure your team meets sales targets
Work independently and with a team to develop strategic approaches
Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Transition to work-from-home privileges once proven as a key player
