Garby Disposal Services is a fast-growing local company providing weekly trash, recycling, and yard waste collection for residents across Chantilly and surrounding areas. We are looking for ambitious, full-time Outside Sales Representatives who thrive in the field and want to build a career in sales with a clear path for advancement.

As a representative, you will be on the ground each day, walking 3–5 miles through assigned neighborhoods, knocking a minimum of 280 doors, and delivering a short, clear pitch to homeowners. Your goal is simple: close new customers on the doorstep and enroll them in services. You will log every interaction, respect local solicitation rules, and proudly represent Garby as the hometown choice that saves people money while giving them better service.

Responsibilities

-Walk 3–5 miles per shift and knock 250–300 doors per day

-Deliver a short, clear sales pitch to homeowners

-Close new customers on the doorstep and enroll them in the mobile app (90 seconds)

-Log every interaction with notes and result codes

-Follow local solicitation rules and respect neighborhood guidelines

-Represent Garby professionally while saving residents money

This is a commission-only role designed for competitive, coachable individuals who love chasing numbers. You will earn a commission, with weekly bonuses that reward high performance. There is no cap on earnings, and reps who consistently perform will quickly move into leadership roles. Pod Leads oversee small teams and earn overrides on sales, while Managers lead multiple pods and capture even greater bonuses. If you bring in other reps who stay and perform, you’ll also earn lucrative referral payouts.

We are looking for people with hustle and grit — those who can work in all weather conditions, stay positive, and compete every day. You’ll need reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to learn and follow our scripts. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required; what matters most is drive, work ethic, and willingness to be coached.

Sales reps at Garby work five to six shifts per week. The best times to knock are weekdays from 12–8 pm and Saturdays from 10–4 pm. Each day starts with a quick standup meeting to set goals, ends with an evening huddle to review results, and is filled with live field support and coaching to help you succeed.
