Painting Sales Estimator Residential and Commercial (Silver Spring, MD and surrounding areas)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years estimating and selling residential and commercial paint services.
Required:
Maryland salespersons license
Must pass a background check
Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time / Commission Only

Fresh Coat of Bethesda is hiring a full-time, residential and commercial paint estimator to work in the Silver Spring, Maryland area. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, sales professional to be a part of our Fresh Coat team. Fresh Coat manages the marketing and lead generation. Training on estimating software will be provided. Fresh Coat will provide a tablet and fuel reimbursement. Work independently with a flexible schedule.
Required Skills:
Experienced estimator interior and exterior paint
In-home paint estimating and sales experience
Experience using a tablet with estimating software, in the field
Know how to accurately estimate material and labor costs
Great communication skills and a professional appearance
Ability to work independently
Duties Include:
Respond to leads, set up appointments, and meet with clients to estimate cost of requested services
Complete estimates with estimating software on a tablet at clients site or off site
Follow up on leads by phone or e-mail
