We’re looking for a high-performing Marketing and Sales Representative to help drive revenue growth for our SaaS platform serving commercial General Contractors. This role combines outbound sales, inbound lead conversion, and strategic marketing to target general contractors, project managers, estimators, and developers. The ideal candidate understands both construction workflows and SaaS sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales (70%):
Generate, qualify, and convert leads through outbound outreach and inbound follow-up.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting commercial GCs, subcontractors, and developers.
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client pain points (e.g., submittal tracking, RFIs, bid packages).
Collaborate with product and customer success teams to align customer feedback with roadmaps.
Achieve and exceed sales KPIs: demos booked, opportunities closed, and MRR growth.
Marketing (30%):
Assist with content strategy and campaign execution (case studies, email drips, webinars, etc.).
Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Track marketing metrics and campaign performance to identify best-performing channels.
Contribute to brand messaging and positioning within the commercial construction niche.
Represent the company at trade shows, virtual events, and webinars.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Construction Management.
2–4 years in SaaS sales or construction tech marketing, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with the commercial construction ecosystem: project stages, stakeholders, and procurement processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or similar CRMs.
