About Us:
Occoquan Harbour Marina features nearly 200 slips, a full-service department, and a ship’s store. We are open Tuesday - Sunday (closed Sundays in the off-season) and are committed to providing top-tier customer service to our boating community.
Position Summary:
The Marina Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the marina and ensuring a seamless experience for customers and our team. This position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee marina office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
Support upper management in implementing new initiatives.
Maintain financial and administrative records.
Ensure exceptional customer service through our services, fuel dock, ship’s store, and slip rentals.
Manage slip renewals and lease sales for new customers.
Supervise and schedule assistants and dock staff.
Maintain an organized and professional workspace.
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Experience in marina operations, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
