We’re a real estate business looking for a Transaction Coordinator / Office Admin to join our team. No prior experience in real estate is needed—We will personally teach you everything you need to know to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist with transaction coordination and processing.
Handle files related to forming LLCs, drafting purchase contracts, bookkeeping, balancing HUDs, and following up with transactions.
Act as a point of contact with sellers, gathering information with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accuracy in record-keeping and file management.
Ideal Candidate:
Detail-oriented (seriously, if you have OCD, this might just be the perfect job for you!)
Organized and a strong note-taker—someone who naturally pays attention to the small stuff.
High emotional intelligence (EQ), capable of building rapport with clients and handling conversations with sellers.
A quick learner who can adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.
