Raine & Son LLC, a mid-size regional plumbing contractor, is seeking to fill the position of Service Coordinator- Dispatcher. This position requires excellent communication skills. Will work closely with Supervisors. Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, have the ability to multi-task and be focused on attention to detail while being able to work productively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel are essential.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Initial point of contact for service calls
Create, enter job tickets
Dispatch the service
Verify time on job tickets
GPS monitoring of the fleet
This is a full-time position with benefits. We are willing to train qualified individuals; however, a background in the Service Industry is a plus.
