Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Member. As a Dispatch you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent phone etiquette.
-Assisting clients with orders and handling various incoming calls simultaneously.
- Checking emails, printing orders, scheduling, labeling paperwork, creating pick up/return logs.
-Routing jobs for our technicians, Inputting timeframes, as well as assigning orders.
-More duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work performed.

- Bilingual (Spanish is a plus but not required)
Business Hours :
Monday-Friday- 8am-4:30pm.
Saturday, 8am-2:30pm.
Paid Vacation/Paid holidays.
Remote work is not available.
