Small, boutique title company looking for a Receptionist Plus. Duties to include, but not limited to:
1. Answering phones and routing calls; 2. Filing and data input; 3. Greeting customers and serving them beverages; 4. Office maintenance and clean up; 5. Opening office and closing office; 6. Accepting delivery of packages and mail and sorting; 7. Assisting title processors as needed; 8. New customer intake.
This is an in-office position vs. working remotely or from home. Office is busy and we need someone who pays attention to detail, is customer oriented, able to handle stressful situations, able to multitask effectively, is honest, and able to calmly deal with a vast number of different personalities. Experience in real estate and title and reliability required.
Hours are 9-5 with occasional additional hours when necessary.
