Job Description:
The Office Administrator will oversee day-to-day office functions, support staff and management, and ensure administrative systems are running efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical)
Support the tag & title department, sales team, and finance staff as needed
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate staff calendars
Prepare reports, documents, and assist with basic bookkeeping or invoicing
Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of administrative or office management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in the automotive or finance industry is a plus
