Design and Construction company in Northern VA is hiring 1 Secretary
Contractor 1099 or Employee
Part time (28 hours / 3.5 days a week) of Full time (40 hours / 5 days a week)
6:30am-3:30pm
Qualifications:
-Advanced written and oral skills (English fluent) to compose letters and communicate with English speakers only.
-Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office (specially excel), Outlook and knowledge of QuickBooks Online is a must.
-Accounting background preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Accounting tasks.
-Update staff calendars
-Clerical tasks, redact letters to clients, call clients, sort mail, organize supplies and company inventory, maintain files, make copies, scan documents etc.
-Keep office organized, tidy and running smoothly
Pay: $18-$20/h (DOE)
