JOB SUMMARY:
The Financial Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling all Financial/Administrative requests under the supervision of the Office Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and direct Phone Calls
Data Entry of Financial Reports
Assist with the Year End Tax Preparations
Assist with the Preparation of Financial Reports
Process Work Orders, Supplier Invoices, Purchase Orders, Expense Claims, Account Payments and Payroll
Organize and Schedule Appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Maintain Filing Systems
Order office supplies & equipment and assist with the research of new deals and suppliers.
Provide general support to Prospects/Visitors
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Proven experience as Administrative Assistant and/or Financial Admin Assistant
Quick Books Experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook Email
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Minimum High School Diploma; Additional qualification as Financial Administrative Assistant is a Plus
