Kumi Construction Management Corporation (KUMI), located in Washington, DC is seeking to immediately fill the position of an Administrative Assistant. Individuals with the following skillsets should apply for immediate consideration:
Requirements:
High School Diploma with a minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience
Excellent computer skills – proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Access and PowerPoint
Must possess a strong work ethic, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and good attention to detail
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Possess strong analytical and presentation skills
Experience in administrative support for construction projects preferred
Responsibilities:
Collect data and create management level reports
Prepare meeting minutes
Draft correspondence and documents
Prepare and present presentations
Answer telephone calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff
Monitor and maintain office equipment
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain staff calendars and daily schedules
Make travel arrangements for employees, and assist with preparing travel reimbursement vouchers
Arrange luncheons, and make arrangements for conferences and meetings
Maintain office supplies inventory
