At TSP Contracting we’re a growing our Class A Contractor serving the DMV area with the excellent service our clients deserve. We’re looking for a self-starter, team minded, multi-task oriented with exceptional problem solving skills, educated individual to join and lead our team.

Position Summary:

Direct, coordinate and administer technician field activities and operations, including subcontractor and project management, leading invoicing direction and has responsibility for company's image and customer service goals. Must keep all employees focused on daily, weekly and monthly goals by communication through tools and resources provided. Interaction with clients, employees, subcontractors, vendors, etc. will be a primary role of this position. Must have premier customer service and strategic problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations of company and coordinate field technicians’ schedules.

Develop and monitor systems of the company’s operations.

Work within approved budgeted billable hours, total revenue, and overhead.

Subcontractor management of paperwork, schedule and payments

Technicians Time Sheet / Payroll review & approval

Approve and edit completed work orders.

Estimating input as needed.

Get materials for projects.

Create budgets.

Communicate with Clients

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

Bilingual A MUST

Computer: Excel, Word, Outlook, Accounting Software, Payroll

Trades: Familiarity of tasks in a variety of trades commercial and residential (i.e. carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, mechanical, roofing, power tools, flooring, sheetrock, plaster).

Benefits & Pay

We prioritize your well-being and growth. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a pay range for this position that ranges annually from $45-55K. Pay will be dependent on your experience as a Construction Project Coordinator and/or related positions.
