We are a premier luxury home builder in Chantilly, renowned for our exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to creating dream homes for our clients. Our office environment is busy yet relaxed, fostering creativity and collaboration.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an assistant project manager. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Blue Beam, and Builder Trend software.

Responsibilities:

Receive, organize, and file documents efficiently.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Manage schedules and appointments effectively.

Generate and analyze exception reports to ensure smooth operations.

Upload selections for upcoming house constructions using Builder Trend software.

Maintain comprehensive records of vendors and suppliers.

Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Create start packages for new projects.

Organize and maintain architectural and vendor files.

Prepare and submit permit applications as required.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with Blue Beam and Builder Trend software preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
