We are a small CPA practice located in Tysons Corner looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of office experience and must be able to work with our professional staff. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and writing skills, be extremely detail-oriented, able to multitask, be honest and trustworthy, be highly organized, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. The Admin Assist. will be responsible for answering phones, data entry, scanning, data entry, light bookkeeping such as payroll and check entry and other related duties.
