We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Previous experience in flooring or construction is preferred but willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Create daily work orders for jobs and manage jobs calendar to ensure work orders have been created accurately
Organize customer files and enter into our system
Assist with vendor and material tracking
Assist with invoicing and billing customers
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Previous experience in bookkeeping or account management
