Position Title: Traditional Marketing Specialist - Healthcare

Job Summary:

The Traditional Marketing Specialist - Healthcare will lead the development and execution of traditional marketing strategies, with a focus on in-person marketing tactics, to promote the healthcare company's products, services, and brand. This role will involve planning and implementing offline marketing campaigns, managing in-person promotional activities, coordinating events and sponsorships, and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. The Traditional Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and customer acquisition in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement traditional marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, physicians' offices, and other healthcare facilities.

-Plan and execute in-person marketing activities, such as medical conferences, trade shows, seminars, workshops, and health fairs, to promote the company's products and services and engage with healthcare professionals and patients.

-Coordinate promotional events, including speaker programs, product demonstrations, and educational sessions, to showcase the company's offerings and provide value-added experiences for attendees.

-Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to identify opportunities for in-person engagement with key decision-makers, influencers, and referral sources in the healthcare industry.

-Manage relationships with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and industry associations to build trust, credibility, and brand awareness for the company.

-Plan and coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives to support the company's mission and values and enhance its reputation in the healthcare community.

-Develop and distribute marketing materials and collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional items, to support in-person marketing activities and reinforce key messages and branding.

-Monitor and evaluate the performance of in-person marketing campaigns and activities, including attendance, engagement, and lead generation, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

-Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the healthcare sector and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies and tactics.

-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in healthcare marketing, including HIPAA regulations, FDA guidelines, and ethical considerations.

Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in traditional marketing, event planning, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

-Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate in-person marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders in face-to-face interactions.

-Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations, including HIPAA regulations and FDA guidelines.

-Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving marketing objectives.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

-Willingness to travel

Additional Requirements:

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
