Small but busy law firm seeks a Virginia licensed Attorney (Maryland license is a plus). Firm specializes in Immigration, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. Applicant has to comply with the following:
Must be licensed with the Virginia State Bar
Must have reliable transportation
Comfortable with represent clients in court
Prepare and draft legal documents
Negotiate settlements for accident cases
Must be able to work independently AND without supervision
Strict on deadlines.
Minimum of 1 year experience is preferred but not required
Familiarity with court systems, pleadings and procedural requirements
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to deal with clients
Excellent research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Spanish speaking (preferred)
