Patent Prosecution

Large DC IP practice is looking for Patent Prosecution paralegals and secretaries. Hybrid and fully remote. Candidates must have solid patent prosecution to be considered. Candidates should have experience preparing and filing necessary documents in the patent prosecution process; managing busy dockets, client contact and correspondence; client billing.
