Immigration Paralegal: We are a boutique immigration law firm, handling a full spectrum of immigration law, ranging from business immigration, family-based immigration, removal defense, to naturalization. We are looking for a candidate who will provide legal assistance to attorneys and staff in the area of business immigration, family immigration, and naturalization, etc.

Job Description:

This is a full-time role for an Immigration Paralegal at BRAVLIN PC. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including assisting attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents and immigration forms, conducting research on immigration issues and regulations, providing visa-related support, and staying updated on the latest immigration laws and policies. Paralegal will work under the supervision of an attorney to assist in filling out immigration forms, preparing and filing petitions and applications for submission to US Citizenship & Immigration Services, the Immigration Courts, and the Department of Labor.

Qualifications

Knowledge of immigration law and procedures

Experience in preparing legal documents for immigration cases

Familiarity with various visa application processes

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to conduct research on immigration issues

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Must be highly proficient using computers, Microsoft office, and excellent typing skills.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, International Affairs, English, Law, or related field

Fluency in Spanish or a second language is preferred but not required.
