We are one of the fastest-growing law firms in Montgomery County and we are seeking a full-time Receptionist / Front Desk to join our team! In this role, you will handle all incoming calls to the law firm to effectively address potential new clients. You will also talk with potential new clients to gather information, schedule consults, follow up with outbound calls and emails, send out retainer agreements, and coordinate initial payments.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable on the phone, has good attention to detail, and enjoys interacting with clients and other contacts on a regular basis. He/She/They will be experienced working in law offices and a team-player.

You must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)

This is an on-location position at the law firm (right off 118 and 270 in Germantown).

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Interact with potential new clients

- Follow up on leads via outbound phone calls, emails, and texts

When needed, contact existing clients to remind them of court dates and other important things relative to their case

- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency

- Serve as a “friendly face” and “friendly voice” of the firm

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Previous intake and/or receptionist experience in a law firm. In lieu of law firm experience, customer service or sales experience considered

- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy

- CRM and case management software experience a plus

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

- Courteous and professional demeanor and able to work as a team with attorneys and staff

- Previous legal experience preferred

- Bi-lingual (Spanish) required

Job Type: Full-time, Salary with bonus.

Benefits: Paid time off

Schedule: Typically, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with additional time expected as needed based on client and office needs.
