We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Home Improvement Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of home improvement projects from initiation to completion.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

- Provide regular project updates and address any concerns or questions from clients.

- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

- Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

- Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet industry standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and client expectations.

- Stay abreast of local building codes and regulations in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia.

- Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws and standards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Home Improvement Project Manager or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of residential construction processes and materials.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the DMV area.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
