We are seeking a cleaning supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout our facilities. English/Spanish is a plus.
Hours are 2:30p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of the cleaning team.
Ensure all areas of the facilities are kept clean and tidy.
Implement and maintain cleaning and safety policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the cleaning staff.
Identify and resolve cleaning and maintenance issues.
Provide ongoing training and development to the cleaning staff.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work.
Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cleaning supervisory role.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Availability to work flexible hours.
