Job Responsibilities: Cleaning Night Shift Supervisor
Work Schedule: Shift from 10:00 pm to 4:30 am, with potential weekend on-call duties.
Overview: As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of nightly cleaning operations across our portfolio of contracts. You'll lead and support a team of Commercial Cleaning Professionals, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise nightly operations to ensure timely and thorough completion of assigned tasks.
Respond promptly to employee call-outs, including weekends, to ensure continuity of service.
Conduct detailed inspections as per company guidelines, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
Lead, train, and support a team of cleaning professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Maintain overall cleanliness of facilities based on agreed Scopes/Statements of Work.
Motivate and coach team members, emphasizing quality and efficiency in their work.
Communicate operational issues promptly to management for resolution.
Uphold cleanliness standards and organizational protocols through regular team checks and feedback.
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members and support the management team as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning +10 years
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as required.
