Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated person to join our Cleaning Staff team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of common areas within a specified location. The ideal candidate is capable of performing a variety of cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Clean Floor Surfaces:
Regularly vacuum carpets and/or mop floor surfaces in common areas
Always place caution sign for wet areas when mopping.
2. Dusting:
Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures in common areas.
3. Trash Removal:
Empty and replace trash liners in designated containers.
4. Interior Window Cleaning:
Clean interior windows and glass surfaces to remove smudges, fingerprints, and other marks.
5. Disinfecting:
Disinfect common touchpoints such as doorknobs, handrails, light switches, and other high-contact surfaces.
6. Reporting and Communication:
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
7. Adherence to Safety Guidelines:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications:
No experience needed.
Training will be provided.
Willingness to complete common area cleaning.
