We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Event Setup team. This role involves setting up and breaking down pipe and drape installations for events, ensuring high-quality execution and efficiency. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in event setup, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are required for transportation to event sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and dismantle pipe and drape systems for events, ensuring precision and stability.
Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
Follow setup instructions and layouts to achieve desired event aesthetics.
Maintain and organize event equipment to ensure proper storage and care.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Ensure work areas are clean and free of debris after breakdown.
Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices during setup and teardown.
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in event setup, preferably with pipe and drape installations.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members.
