Veterinary receptionist

We are seeking a caring, friendly, animal lover to join our team at the receptionist position. Enjoy a close knit work environment with a loyal clientele. Our clinic has been in business for well over 30 years. We pride ourselves in truly knowing our clients and their pets. Your duties will include managing a multi line phone system, scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, greeting pets and their owners upon entry to the clinic and managing financial transactions. Shifts will include weekday mornings or afternoons and two Saturday mornings per month. Veterinary experience strongly preferred but not required.
