The RN Clinical Manager at Prima Home Health is responsible for ensuring that our clients are receiving the best possible care. This person will develop Care Plans as part of the initial client intake session and keep them up-to-date as a result of subsequent client visits.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse currently licensed within the state of VA or has a compact License.
- Prior Home Health Care experience is highly desirable
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
- Strong proficiency in personal computer usage is a requirement for this position.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be willing to commute to office and clients if needed.
- Strong work ethic and a person who truly enjoys meeting new people and understanding their needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake meetings and develop initial Care Plans.
- Maintain, review, and renew plan of cares within the system.
- Submit approval requests to insurance carriers and diligently follow up until the authorization is successfully secured.
- Act as a liaison between doctor's offices, families of clients, and the organization.
- Offer support to field personnel by addressing questions and concerns.
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
