Experience in Home Health Care Management in the State of Virginia is a must!
Minimum experience 2 years

This is a new homecare company located at Falls Church, Va 22041

You must know how to use Wellsky software for homecare management.
1 Have you ever worked for a Homecare agency as a manger in Va ? If Yes continue to the next questions.
2 Do you know how to look for PT, OT, etc ckients?
3 Do you know how to interview and hire CNA, HHA, Pca? And follow the HR process (do you have experience in HR for homecare in Va)?
4) Do you know how to do payroll?
5) Do you know how to do billing for Private Care clients?
6) Can you work from our Office M to F 9 to 5 PM? We are located in falls Church Va 22041

7) Do you know how to work with the Nurse Director?
YES
8) Do you know how to look for private payers for a home care agency?
9) If we hire you, we will hire you as W2. is that ok?
Pls note: The responsibility seems a lot, but that will reduce dramatically after 2nd or 3rd month.
