Job Description:
We are seeking qualified, dependable, and nurturing Home Health Aides, Caregivers, or Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. As a caregiver with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, non-medical care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Helping clients with mobility and transferring
Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s condition
Administering medications as required
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, or Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, reliable, and patient
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
