Candidates must be team oriented, professional, have a passion for customer service, and able to work efficiently. Looking to interview and begin training ASAP! Part-time and full-time positions available.
Some responsibilities of a floor manager are but are not limited to:
-Ensure guests receive excellent customer service
-Demonstrate a high level of knowledge - be familiar with the entire staff, property, menus, policies, procedures and updates
-Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
-Deal with customer complaints or problems with a positive attitude
-Processing payments - Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash etc.
-Problem solving in a fast paced environment - promptly and knowledgeably solve any problems or issues that prevent a correct service flow
-Perform restaurant opening and closing activities
