We are seeking dedicated individuals to oversee and direct the daily operations of our restaurant.
As a General Manager, you will ensure maximum profitability and efficiency by adhering to company standards in inventory management, food preparation, service times, customer relations, storefront maintenance, and staff recruitment, hiring, and training. You will foster a positive, safe, and efficient work environment for the entire store team. Benefits are included in managers' compensation package.
Shift Leaders will support the GM by upholding the same values and helping to guide the staff through the work day.
Requirements for GM:

Strong problem-solving skills
An eye for detail
Record of superb workplace attendance
Proficiency in conversational Spanish a plus
