We are looking for a talented Sous Chef with at least 2 years of experience and specialized knowledge in French cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for French culinary techniques, creativity in menu development, and excellent leadership skills to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations with a focus on French dishes
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality of French recipes
Develop and refine French menu items and seasonal specials
Train staff on French cooking techniques and presentation standards
Maintain inventory and order specialty ingredients for French cuisine
Adhere to food safety standards and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Requirements:
