Looking for a Sous-Chef for a French Bistro opening in a couple weeks in Logan Circle Neighboorhood.
100 seats, 200 covers per dinner shift expected at the begginning. Starting with 6 dinner shifts and 3 lunch/brunch shifts.
Sous Chef
The Sous Chef supports the Chef du Cuisine in executing our culinary vision and managing the BOH team. They should have a strong culinary background, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities include:
· Preparing and cooking dishes according to established standards
· Supervising and training kitchen staff
· Ensuring proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices
· Contributing creative ideas to enhance our guest and employee experiences
