Disbe Good & Brands operates multiple food concepts within a Cloud Kitchen (Ghost Kitchen) environment, delivering high-quality, chef-driven meals across the DC and Baltimore areas. We specialize in diverse, flavorful cuisines and innovative restaurant models that maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Cloud Kitchen operations in Washington, DC (primary location) and Baltimore, MD (Remote Management - in person as needed ). This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong kitchen operations background and a deep understanding of food production, quality control, and team management within a high-volume, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen & Operational Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership: Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high performance, adherence to food safety protocols, and a positive work environment.

Inventory & Cost Control: Maintain stock levels, manage food costs, and work with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients while controlling expenses.

Order Fulfillment & Quality Assurance: Monitor order accuracy, presentation, and speed of service, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Cross-Location Oversight: Primarily manage the DC location while occasionally traveling to Baltimore to support operations, train staff, and maintain brand standards.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements in kitchen workflows and operational processes.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all locations adhere to food safety standards, licensing requirements, and cleanliness guidelines.

Technology & Delivery Coordination: Work with online ordering platforms and third-party delivery services to optimize order flow and reduce errors.

Bilingual Communication (Preferred): Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued for effective team communication but is not a strict requirement.
