Ornery Beer Company is a casual brewpub (restaurant with brewery). We are laser focused on our meticulously crafted house brewed ales & lagers and assuring each is served in a fun, casual atmosphere, by a craft beer knowledgeable team, and paired with a chef driven, polished pub menu. To accomplish Ornery Beer Company's vision, the management team of the Public House must embody the craft beer experience and team leadership.
Required Experience, Skills, & Management Style
1+ year restaurant manager experience, in most any restaurant category
A positive attitude that presents itself in outstanding leadership of our team.
Exceptional guest focused work ethic
A Lead from the front, hands-on, active management style.
A manager who jumps in and helps their team in all their duties, as a team.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively & efficiently under pressure while assuring exceptional guest focus and service.
Open availability.
Willing and able to pass background checks.
Desired skills & experience
Knowledge, enthusiasm, &/or experience in Craft Beer
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word & Excel
Experience with industry standard POS systems
Required shifts include weekends
IDEAL CANDIDATES: Will have some Kitchen Management/Supervision in their background
