Each LEDO Pizza is rolled to order with fresh handmade dough topped with the same high-quality cheese and the same style tomatoes as in 1955. The Thin, Flakey Crust, Sweet Sauce, 100% Smoked Provolone Cheese helped provide the taste people have grown to love.

Description of Role

LEDO PIZZA SOUTH ARLINGTON is adding to our team. We are looking to add a hospitality leader with experience in high volume fast casual, carryout/delivery and/or restaurant experience. This is a perfect position for someone looking to add additional management experience to their resume or for a current or former restaurant manager looking to have better work/life balance with NO LATE NIGHT HOURS.

We are CARRYOUT and DELIVERY only. No DINE IN SERVICE. To be considered, applicants must have proven experience with personnel management and open availability.

Previous experience with Pizza not required, but even better if you have it!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee that all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained,

Responsible for daily deposits, and the correct operation of the POS systems,

Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS,

Inventory and maintenance of par levels for front of house items

Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees

Upholding expectations for company time and attendance, uniform and customer service policies

Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines

Work closely with the Store Manager to develop marketing plans

Will report directly to Store Manager

Responsible for quality assurance of products leaving their outlets

Requirements

Must be food manager certified

2+ years restaurant management experience managing team members. Candidates without 2 years management experience will not be considered

Must have 5 days availability including weekends and Sunday

Must have reliable transportation

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail

Knowledge of Google applications

Knowledge of PosiTouch is preferred

High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearances

Ability to be on feet for several hours at a time

Must pass reference/background check
