La Chaumiere, a French fine dining restaurant, is looking for a full time line cook (approx 40hrs/week). The right candidate will have experience in a scratch fine dining kitchen and be adept at grill and sauté stations
Responsibilities include: Preparing foods as determined by the chef. Working in a clean and sanitary manner. Assisting on the cook line. Cleaning and Sanitizing work stations
Must be able to lift and carry 40lbs and exhibit safe knife skills
La Chaumiere is open 6 days per week for dinner and lunch Wed - Fri (closed Sunday and many holidays).
