We are seeking an energetic, self-starting Dining Room Manager/Sommelier with a passion for local, seasonal foods and hospitality.

Michelin-level experience is a definite plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor servers to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Wine Expertise: Write and curate an enticing wine menu that complements our culinary vision.

Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, oversee ordering processes, and supervise bar operations.

Service Presence: Be actively present during service, assisting servers and ensuring every guest has an extraordinary dining experience.

Guest Relations: Address customer concerns with a warm and professional approach to build lasting relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

A dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

A passion for local and seasonal ingredients, with a keen understanding of contemporary dining trends.

Proven leadership skills with a track record of excellence in service and hospitality.

Experience in fine dining or Michelin-level establishments is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solver who can balance operational duties with creative input.

A genuine love for the art of food and beverage, with an ability to inspire both the team and our guests.

A guest-first mindset, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
