Your Role:
Lead and oversee impeccable opening and closing procedures.
Train and inspire your team to deliver not just service, but genuine hospitality.
Manage staff scheduling, ensuring coverage meets operational needs.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and, if necessary, firing of team members to maintain our standards.
Keep shifts flowing effortlessly, solving problems before they arise.
Step behind the bar with confidence, crafting cocktails and running a fast pace bar when required.
Bring energy, positivity, and an authentic love for hospitality to every shift.
You're Our Ideal Candidate If:
You have a minimum of 2 years bartending experience.
Your bartending and management skills stand out.
You instinctively know the difference between good service and true hospitality.
Organization and leadership come naturally to you.
You’re available Thursday through Sunday.
Compensation:
$30 - $35 per hour, commensurate with your expertise.
