What you’ll be doing:
– Leading floor service and keeping the guest experience top-tier, start to finish
– Touching tables, coaching the team, and jumping in where needed
– Supporting hosts, servers, and bartenders to stay in sync
– Following up on guest reviews, notes, and requests—because the little things matter
– Making sure the energy is right and the service is tight—every shift, every seat
