A fun plant based restaurant located in the heart of Bethesda, MD is looking for daytime year round (this includes weekends) Team Members - Cashier, Service Line, and Smoothie Station for our healthy, plant based quick serve restaurant. Our ideal candidate is extremely friendly, detail oriented, welcoming with customers and co-workers, a good communicator, and can work at a fast pace.

As a Team Member, you will be a part of an independent, LA style quick-serve restaurant that provides food for the mind, body, and planet! You will provide salads, bowls, wraps, smoothies, and drinks that leave everyone feeling great, because good food = good mood! We have a fully organic, plant based, gluten free, and top 9 allergen free menu.

Qualifications

Experience working food service line or smoothie station or customer service

Team player

Ability to work accurately at a fast-pace

Excellent communicator (will need to answer detailed customer questions about allergens)

Outgoing and welcoming with all customers

What You’ll Do As A Team Member:

Make smoothies, lattes, drinks and coffees

Check out customers on the point of sale register

Create chef curated and customer customized bowls on the customer facing service line

Answer questions about the menu, specific items and ingredients

Alert back of house when food items are running low in the service line

Stock and tidy up the retail area and grab-n-go’s

Clean and tidy up the front of house, back of house, and courtyard area

Opportunity to assist prep cooks and line cooks
