The Bombay Club is a Washington Institution, serving Indian cuisine with close proximity to the White House and a part of the Knightsbridge restaurant group. We are seeking full time Lunch time bartender and a part time hosts/ hostess. Join a team nominated for the Service Program and high ranks by Washingtonians and Washington post.
Host/Hostess:
What we are asking for:
Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers.
Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and guests.
The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
Must have weekend availability.
One-year experience in well-reviewed restaurants is preferred.
Knowledge in Open Table (Reservation service).
Hospitality-driven personality and positive attitude and passion for the hospitality industry.
Bartender:
The Bartender candidate must have an ability to create drinks using Indian spices and knowledge of wines will be an added qualification.
What we are asking for:
Must have weekend availability.
Two year experience in well-reviewed restaurants is preferred.
Knowledge in wine and spirits and interest in Indian cuisine, techniques, and ingredients.
Hospitality-driven personality and positive attitude and passion for the hospitality industry.
