The Bombay Club is a Washington Institution, serving Indian cuisine with proximity to the White House and a part of the Knightsbridge Restaurant Group. Now our Patio is open and we are seeking for a full-time server, bartender and part-time host/hostess to join our team. Join a team nominated for the Service Program and it's Cuisine by several and The Washington Post.
The Bartender candidate must have an ability to create drinks using Indian spices and knowledge of wines will be an added qualification.
The Host/Hostess needs to be able to work in a high paced environment, has the capability to learn and understand the concept of the Restaurant to guide our guests in person or on the phone. Must have at least one year’s experience and be familiar with Open Table (reservation system). The restaurant is busy year-round with consistently high income.
The Servers needs to be able to work in a high paced environment, has the capability to learn and understand a menu of diversity, and have a basic understanding of liquor, beer, and wine. The restaurant is busy year-round with consistently high income.
What we are asking for:
Must have weekend availability
Two-year’s experience in well-reviewed restaurants is preferred
Knowledge in wine and spirits and interest in Indian cuisine, techniques, and ingredients
Hospitality-driven personality and positive attitude and passion for the hospitality industry.
