Looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to assist the general manager at a fast paced, busy government building institutional food service operation. Who could also work on catering projects. Must have at least one year of experience as an Asst. Manager and catering experience at food service operations. Must be a US citizen and be able to pass a Federal Government security back ground check. Must be customer service oriented, professional, a fast learner, well organized, handle busy situations with grace and smile. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Must be detail oriented. Must be able to operate POS systems and have computer skills ( Word, Excel, PDF documents,etc.)
Food preparation and arrangement skill is preferred. Must be on time and dependable. Must be flexible to move to different operations within the DMV metro area, if needed. Must be able to work well as a team member. Monday through Friday full time work week. No evening or Weekend work schedule. Full paid (11)Federal Holiday benefits and paid time offs.
