Your Role:
- Understand dish presentation thoroughly.
- Bridge kitchen and floor for clear communication.
- Keep Chef informed of dietary needs and requests.
- Welcome guests warmly, fulfilling needs.
- Embody the Taqueria Xochi Service Culture.
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness.
- Know policies, values, and menu presentation.
- Set up station in line with sidework checklist.
- Adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
- Attend to guest needs throughout dining.
Qualities We Value:

- 1-2 years as an Expeditor preferred.
