Responsibilities:
Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained.
Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to guarantee a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Monitor and manage inventory levels for front-of-house supplies.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff performance and service quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Assist in implementing and executing special events and promotions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and basic financial management.
