Jamaican Breeze Is looking for a dedicated dishwasher to be apart of our growing team! Persons will be responsible washing all kitchenware, including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers. The Dishwasher also stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Wash all kitchenware, including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand.
Correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
Stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
Clean trash receptacles with water or steam.
Move dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or using hand trucks.
May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
ONLY NEEDED Thursday, FRIDAY'S,SATURDAY'S, AND SUNDAY'S (from 7pm to 12:00)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a related position.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
